2013年全球MBA排名：哈佛重登榜首

據(jù)英國《金融時報》報道,在2013年《金融時報》全球mba排名中,哈佛大學(xué)商學(xué)院時隔八年重登榜首,擊敗斯坦福大學(xué)商學(xué)院。
哈佛商學(xué)院是過去15年來榮登榜首的四家商學(xué)院之一,其它三所是斯坦福大學(xué)商學(xué)院、賓州大學(xué)沃頓商學(xué)院和倫敦經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院。
哈佛商學(xué)院排名上升標(biāo)志著美國頂級mba在《金融時報》年度排名中的復(fù)興。在今年的排名中,躋身前十的美國商學(xué)院共有六所,比去年增加一所。在前100名最佳商學(xué)院中,51所在美國。
今年的排名還顯示,隨著優(yōu)質(zhì)mba的發(fā)展,亞洲國家尤其是中國的商學(xué)院繼續(xù)崛起。前100強(qiáng)有14所來自亞太地區(qū)(2012年為11所),其中中國六所,香港科技大學(xué)名列第八。
與亞洲國家優(yōu)質(zhì)商學(xué)院數(shù)量攀升形成對照的是歐洲尤其是英國入圍商學(xué)院的減少。百強(qiáng)商學(xué)院中英國今年只有11所,去年為14所,2009年曾多達(dá)18所。由于對那些希望畢業(yè)后留在英國工作的人發(fā)放的工作簽字?jǐn)?shù)量受限,英國mba入學(xué)人數(shù)尤其受到沉重打擊。即使是在排行榜的頂級商學(xué)院,入學(xué)人數(shù)自2010年以來也下降了20%。
《金融時報》的排名依據(jù)是對商學(xué)院和2009年畢業(yè)校友進(jìn)行的調(diào)查。它從校友職業(yè)發(fā)展、國際知名度、學(xué)生和職員多樣性以及師資與研究質(zhì)量等指標(biāo)對mba課程進(jìn)行評估。
通過改善《金融時報》評測指標(biāo)所涉及的多個方面,哈佛大學(xué)商學(xué)院第四次榮登榜首。三年來哈佛大學(xué)商學(xué)院畢業(yè)三年后校友的平均工資首次超過斯坦福大學(xué)商學(xué)院,為19萬美元。在研究質(zhì)量分項(xiàng)指標(biāo)上哈佛大學(xué)商學(xué)院也力拔頭籌。研究質(zhì)量根據(jù)45家主要學(xué)術(shù)與實(shí)踐刊物發(fā)文數(shù)量衡量,2012年是沃頓商學(xué)院居首。
西班牙esade商學(xué)院(esade business school)和英國劍橋大學(xué)佳奇商學(xué)院(university of cambridge: judge)是排名進(jìn)步最大的商學(xué)院,排名分別上升11位和10位。
mba課程的學(xué)員主要為職業(yè)人士,平均年齡28歲,平均年薪6.5萬美元。畢業(yè)三年后,校友多擔(dān)任高級經(jīng)理或更高職位,平均年薪為13.4萬美元。
89%的校友在畢業(yè)后三個月內(nèi)找到工作,其余人則就業(yè)困難。2011年英國《金融時報》對mba畢業(yè)生的調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),27%的人對畢業(yè)后第一份工作的工資不滿,37%的人則對職位的級別感到失望。
